There's a new player in the hybrid hypercar game thanks to the Koenigsegg Regera. What the folks at Koeniggsegg have created here is a doozy: Total output is rated at 1,500 hp, and the automaker estimates it'll reach 249 mph in less than 20 seconds. So what do you think?
